What subscription models do you offer?
You can choose from these three subscriptions:
– The Digital subscription, which is free.
– The Expert subscription, where you have the choice between a monthly or an annual term and payment plan and term. If you select an annual term and payment plan, the expert subscription will only cost you EUR 4.50 per week, or EUR 234.00 per year.
– The Professional subscription can only be purchased for an annual term. You have the choice between monthly and annual payment. If you choose to pay annually, the subscription will only cost EUR 6.90 per week, or EUR 358.80 per year.
– All-Access can only be purchased for an annual term. You have the choice between monthly and annual payment. If you choose to pay annually, the subscription will only cost EUR 32.31 per week, or EUR 1,680.00 per year.

With annual billing, 2 months are free. You only pay for 10 months.

Can I order a free trial copy?
Yes, you’ll receive a free copy of a past issue as an E-Journal with your (free) Digital subscription.
How long will my subscription run?
With the Expert subscription, you can choose between a monthly and an annual subscription period.
The Professional and All-Access subscriptions can only be booked annually.
How can I cancel my subscription?
With the Expert subscription, you can choose between a monthly or annual term and payment. With an annual term and billing, 2 months are free. You only pay for 10 months. The statutory periods of notice apply.
To cancel your subscription, please go to your customer account. When you are logged in, click on your name in the top right-hand corner. Select “Subscriptions” in the left-hand menu bar and the relevant “Cancel subscription”. Your subscription will continue to run until the end of the term.
Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to service@gito-verlag.de. In order to process your request, we need all the necessary details (contact details, magazine, subscription type, duration).
What advantage is there to paying annually?
If you pay annually, you get 2 months for free. You only pay for 10 months.
What benefits does an All-Access subscription offer?
With the All-Access subscription, you benefit from a VIP account flat rate, digital and print.
You receive unlimited access to all I4S products as well as access to the GITO archive. In addition, you receive VIP tickets for GITO events and become part of the FI VIP Circle.

When will I get my specialist journal?
When you take out a subscription, you can access all digital content immediately after payment. If you have a Professional or All-Access subscription (including PRINT), the current issue will be sent out on the respective publication date. GITO Verlag usually sends out single issue orders within 2-4 working days.
Are there additional shipping costs?
Domestic shipping costs are included in the subscription prices. For deliveries abroad, please send us a short enquiry.
How can I pay?
By credit card, Stripe, PayPal, direct debit and prepayment.
In the case of bank transfer, access will only be activated after receipt of your payment (approx. 3-7 days).
What discounts do you offer?
For orders placed directly via our newsletter, you will receive a 10% discount on the products presented therein.
How can I get the newsletter?
You can subscribe to the magazine newsletter free of charge. As soon as you register for a (free) Digital subscription, you’ll automatically begin receiving the newsletter, effective immediately. Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Are there discounts for university students and those in vocational training?
Yes, GITO Verlag offers students and trainees a 50% discount on the Expert annual subscription. Please send a copy of your certificate of enrollment to service@gito-verlag.de, and we’ll send you a voucher code.

How can I delete my account?
To have your customer account deleted, please send an e-mail including your contact details, relevant GITO website and login e-mail address to service@gito-verlag.de. A justification is of course not required. In order to process the request, we need your contact details, address and the e-mail from the customer account login.
After your account has been deleted, you will no longer have access to your account and its contents.
Your personal data will then be made unrecognizable in accordance with BDSG § 3 para. 4 clause 5, unless they are required for the processing of open orders. Data that falls under the retention obligations of commercial law will not be deleted.
