Abstract

The damage German industry suffers from product- and trademark counterfeiting of Chinese origin has been increasing considerably over the last years. Especially small and medium-sized enterprises are challenged to develop practicable protective measures based on limited personal and financial resources. Important is an integrated strategy which includes all relevant departments of the enterprise and co-ordinates all means which are at disposal.
