For an annual term and billing, we offer 2 months for free. You&#8217;ll then only pay for 10 months. German cancellation period regulations apply. To cancel your subscription, please go to your customer account. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right-hand corner. In the left-hand menu bar, select &#8220;<strong>Subscriptions<\/strong>&#8221; and then the relevant &#8220;<strong>Cancel subscription<\/strong>&#8220;. Your subscription will remain valid until the term expires. Alternatively, you can email us at <a href=\"mailto:&#115;&#101;&#114;&#118;&#105;&#99;&#101;&#64;&#103;&#105;&#116;&#111;&#45;&#118;&#101;&#114;&#108;&#97;&#103;&#46;&#100;&#101;\">&#115;&#101;&#114;&#118;&#105;&#99;&#101;&#64;&#103;&#105;&#116;&#111;&#45;&#118;&#101;&#114;&#108;&#97;&#103;&#46;&#100;&#101;<\/a>. To process your request, we will need all the relevant details (contact details, magazine, subscription type, term). <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n<h3>Would you like to delete your account?<\/h3>\n<p>To have your account deleted, write an email to this effect to <a href=\"mailto:&#115;&#101;&#114;&#118;&#105;&#99;&#101;&#64;&#103;&#105;&#116;&#111;&#45;&#118;&#101;&#114;&#108;&#97;&#103;&#46;&#100;&#101;\">&#115;&#101;&#114;&#118;&#105;&#99;&#101;&#64;&#103;&#105;&#116;&#111;&#45;&#118;&#101;&#114;&#108;&#97;&#103;&#46;&#100;&#101;<\/a> \u2013 you do not need to give a reason for your cancellation.<br\/>To process your request, we will your contact details, address, and the email address used to log into the customer account.<br\/>Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your account or its content. Content lost in this manner cannot be restored. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with German Federal Data Protection Act BDSG \u00a7 3 Abs. 4 Ziffer 5, if not otherwise stated, and provided that they are not needed to handle any open orders.
